At Bride Tribe Events, we want your celebration to be perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened event supplies. Please note that personalized items and custom party kits are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective wraps are intact to avoid damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
